 Naturally, we want to sell our clients’ listings, and that will be our primary focus. Just because the listing is our companies’ does not necessarily mean that it would be the best fit. We will explore every option available with all cooperating agencies.

 The only limitations that our company imposes on showings of our listings are the ones imposed by the owners and not restrictions we feel will protect our own selfish interests. This business is so much better when the clients’ and customers’ interest come first. This philosophy will be strictly enforced. We will cooperate fully with any licensed broker or their agents.
