Very Important Information When Visiting
HELP US HELP YOU: Here are some very important facts and advice you should consider if planning on viewing property in Kentucky.
Listing and
selling rural property in Kentucky is a way of life for us here at
Wright Choice of Kentucky Realty & Auction. We know the area well
and cater to people from everywhere in the United States who are
looking for farms, hunting ground, equine, livestock, recreational,
lake property, or just rural residential.
The biggest obstacle we encounter is trying to show
properties to people who have come in on the spur-of-the-moment and
have failed to plan their trip. Failing to plan is planning to
fail! We strongly encourage all the communication we can
possibly get from any prospective buyer. If we get just an ounce of
cooperation we will give a pound of result.
When giving the description of what you are looking for,
pour out your heart and tell us everything that is important to you,
including the surrounding area desires. We cover a very broad area
of our region and fully cooperate with any brokerage firm willing to
cooperate with ours. Just because what we have in our listing
inventory does not suit does not mean we cannot find it.
We will give a top-ten list of important things to
consider when planning a land-viewing trip to Kentucky. If you will
implement these things and establish an open line of
communication with us, your trip will be fruitful.
1. Have financing arrangements in place and give this information to us. (We will be happy to assist you)
2.
Make
advanced reservations for overnight stays (we have recommendations).
3.
Give
yourself plenty of time when looking at rural property. It is not
like looking at houses on the same city block. (A good estimate if
seriously interested in seeing several properties is 3 to 4 days).
4.
Communicate
to our company where you want to be on price, amount, and type of
property. (We do not push our customers toward anything they have
specified he or she does not want).
5.
If flying
in, we strongly recommend the Nashville, Tennessee Airport. (Closer
than Louisville and usually cheaper).
6.
Rent or
bring a four-wheel-drive vehicle if possible. (We usually get off
the beaten path).
7.
Bring tick
spray! Ticks are really bad in our area in wooded and weedy areas.
The best to use is Permanone for clothing and gear as well as
something with the highest deet concentration possible. (We will
also provide some more helpful information when calling. Be sure and
ask us. Here is a helpful website to visit:

8.
Our summer
months get hot and humid a few weeks out of the year. Bring plenty
of water if coming during this time.
9.
With our
help, research the facts that are important to you.
10. Bring
your family, if possible, and have fun.
